As a founding member of the Chicago chapter of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago and board member of the Chicago and regional board of directors, he has had a good vantage from which to view the industry he continues to lead. Fogelson is a graduate of Denver University with a degree in real estate development and finance.
Paramount Homes has won the Chicago Realtors Association "Good Neighbor" award more than any other builder and has won every year since the award began in 1993. Paramount has won multiple times for best new home, condo, mixed use, re-hab and development. Paramount was a featured builder in the first-ever urban parade of homes in Chicago and subsequent years as well. Bruce Fogelson also provides leadership to the builders association in local and national government affairs and is involved with his own and community based arts and charity projects. Fogelson holds degrees in real etate and finance from the University of Denver and has career experience in nearly all aspects of commercial, retail and residential real estate and development.
